Semi-Moist Underglaze Set #109

Set #109 includes the Bright Yellow, Lilac, Medium blue, Mahogany Brown, Pink, Turquoise, Warm Green, and Warm Gray colors of the Semi-Moist Underglazes. The SMUG's are formulated to respond similarly to being brushed like watercolors- becoming more opaque with layered application and more transparent after water is added. They can be blended and diluted to achieve a wide variety of effects.

Rated for Cone 04-10. *excluding Bright Yellow and Pink (Cone 04-6)
Must be used with proper glaze to be food safe.

Cover with a clear transparent glaze or try colored transparent glazes for unique effects. Depending on the clay body used, the clear AMACO® glazes LG-10 and HF-9 may be selected for excellent results
